Glen Lerner

Glen Lerner is one of the most well-known attorneys in the US, with his firm, Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys, regularly named among the top five influential marketing firms in the US by the National Trial Lawyers. Lerner and Rowe is more than a marketing firm; they are a household name in multiple markets around the US where they are brand dominant. They have settled or tried to verdict well over 200 cases in excess of $1M and overall have settled billions of dollars for their clients. Few firms in the US have handled more cases than the roughly 200,000 they have handled since dedicating themselves to personal injury alone in 1998.

Glen, pure and simple, is a force of nature. Anyone who has seen him speak or spent time with him knows that he has the ability to empower people and get them to believe that anything is possible. He is a master motivator and a servant leader.

Lerner and Rowe has learned how to handle tremendous volume and still provide a superior client experience. With a team of roughly 350 US-based people, they represent 12,000-15,000 single-event cases a year and have increased gross revenues over $100M from 2021-2023 with no giant outlier cases, and they will do the same from 2023-2025.

Lerner and Rowe, through the energy of Glen’s partner, Kevin Rowe, is one of America’s most philanthropic law firms, regularly putting millions of dollars a year back into the communities they serve through their renowned Lerner and Rowe Gives Back, which has led them to be named one of Phoenix’s most philanthropic businesses.

Glen’s competitive nature came from his childhood, where he grew up on welfare with a father in jail for double murder from the time he was five years old. Although he had an amazing relationship with his father, the situation gave him the resolve and never-say-die attitude for which he is known.

He overcame his childhood adversity to attend Duke University, where he majored in religious studies. He was a member of the first national championship team at Duke, the 1986 NCAA Division 1 soccer champions. He attended Tulane Law School from 1987 to 1990 and started practicing law in Las Vegas in 1991.

Glen is from Boston (as if you couldn’t tell) and currently splits his time between Paradise Valley, Arizona, Naples, Florida, and his favorite place, his farm in Northeast Pennsylvania. He is happily married to his best friend, Robynn, and the father of four grown children and two grandchildren. He is a Jewish born-again believer and credits Jesus and his wife for saving him and making him the man he is today.
