Richard Hutchison

Richard Hutchison has been an attorney with Lerner and Rowe since 2010.  He currently serves as a Managing Attorney of Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys in both Arizona and Tennessee. 

As a managing attorney, Richard has developed a keen ability to see and understand the big picture. His leadership has helped develop and fine tune the firm’s processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

He is a firm believer in using data analysis to highlight trends and help individuals grow to be a more effective part of the team. Richard believes that true leadership involves setting the example and proving a willingness to serve other to help them achieve their own personal goals. 

Success comes from understanding each team member’s strengths and weaknesses and utilizing them where they can be the most effective to meet the firm’s overall goals.
